As one of New Jersey’s premier learn-to-ski/snowboard and tubing destinations, Campgaw Mountain Ski Area offers an alpine escape located in northern Bergen County. We are the closest outdoor ski area to the New York metro area with 100% snowmaking capabilities, only 18 miles north of the George Washington Bridge.

The Campgaw Ski Patrol is a member organization of The National Ski Patrol, serving winter recreation enthusiasts in Mahwah, NJ, for over 50 years. We are a nonprofit association comprised of volunteers and paid patrollers who provide first response medical care and emergency downhill transportation for the skiing/snowboarding public at Campgaw Mountain.
