As New Jersey’s premier learn-to-ski/snowboard and tubing destination, Campgaw Mountain offers an alpine escape located in northern Bergen County. We are the closest ski area to the New York metro area with 100% snowmaking capabilities, only 18 miles north of the George Washington Bridge.

The Campgaw Ski Patrol is a member organization of The National Ski Patrol, serving winter recreation enthusiasts in Mahwah, NJ, for over 50 years. We are a nonprofit association comprised of volunteers and paid patrollers who provide first response medical care and emergency downhill transportation for the skiing/snowboarding public at Campgaw Mountain.
