The New Jersey Region conducted a Senior Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) exam on Feb. 25, 2024. Senior OEC is an essential component of the NSP’s Senior program and is tailor-made for members who aspire to perform at the upper levels of proficiency as patrollers. This process helps to develop and enhance a patroller’s decision-making, problem management, and leadership skills. Training is done in the outdoor environment on snow, and involves participating in scenarios as a leader and helper.

Congratulations to the Patrollers below who have successfully completed their senior training and exam and are now full Senior OEC Technicians!
